Dennis, Neal, and Suh-Urk:
I have decided to chair the trc for Vladimir's eta pi0 paper 
myself.  Suh-Urk, I am asking you to be a fourth member because you are 
familiar with our original analysis and with Vladimir's also.  I know you 
are very busy but please let me know if you can help us out.  I tried to 
get Sasha but he is having visa troubles again.  I have attached the 
outline here and I will ask Bob to make a web link.  Please look over these 
materials and the stuff on the web so we can give Vladimir some feedback 
before he writes the paper.
