eta pi0 folks: I finally got to read Vladimir's note 7 and I find it extremely interesting. It seems to me their are two conflicting interpretations: 1) The proposed t dependence is wrong and hence gives unreliable fits. 2) The proposed t dependence is correct and it results in PWA fits that exclude a resonant pi1(1400), as per fig 3.

Either interpretation gives an interesting result. Let's hear some suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

The analysis in Note 7 shows that the model with t' dependence of decay amplitudes isn't adequate to data in my opinion.
